Our COMFOflex® line offers Weldas’ best premium gloves. Made with the finest materials and skilled craftsmanship. COMFOflex® welding gloves are more pliable, durable, and heat resistant than any other glove on the market. Using our patented COMFOflex® lining, this scientifically designed air cushioned flame retardant lining is made to comfort and protect the professional welder. Also patented is Weldas® one piece palm and thumb reinforcement. COMFOflex® gloves feature a wide body design making them 8% roomier than the average glove for easy throw off. CE certified by TUV Germany for user safety and product reliability.

FEATURES:
- Health information: The pH, Chromium (VI) and PCP levels of all materials have been tested and meet CE health standards.
- Coloring: coloring is done by using natural materials
- Instruction for use: This glove is intended to be used as a welding glove for MIG/MAG as well as electrode welding.
- Warrantee: This product is warranted against manufacturing defects. Because applications vary, it is the user’s responsibility to identify the right product for each application.
- Washing, drying and ironing: No bleach or acid should be used, just standard washing detergents. The characteristics of the leather will change after 1 or 2 washings, hardening of the leather is typical after washing. Mechanical drying and ironing is possible but not advised
- UV: Within this norm there is no test method indicated on UV radiation but, normally, this will give no problem with these materials used.
- Electrical danger: These products can pass on electrical currents, risk is higher when the product is wet!
- Materials used: First quality cow side split leather is used for this glow as well as COMFOFlex lining in the hand and cotton in the cuff The innerhand is reinforced with the same type of leather
- 5 ply KEVLAR is used for the reinforcement of the innerhand and 4 ply for the other parts of the gloves. All seams are fully welted.
